TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Swatch Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 004 287 110) trading as “Tissot Australia” of Level 2, 1601 Malvern Road, Glen Iris VIC 3146 (“Tissot Australia”).
Lockdown Media Pty Ltd (ACN 640 117 255), trading as "The Lockdown League" or “Lockdown Media” of Suite 4, 23 Richardson Street, South Perth WA 6015 (“TLDL”).
(Collectively, the “Promoter”)
Australian residents (those aged under 18 years old will require permission from their parent or legal guardian) who are ready, willing and able to complete the entry requirements at the time and dates set out in these Terms, are eligible to participate (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees and close relatives of the Promoter and any of the contractors and agencies associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
|3||Competition Period||The Competition will begin on 5 May 2020 at 10.00AM AEST and end on 8 May 2020 at 6.00PM AEST (“Competition Period”).|
To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period access the Competition registration form found on TLDL’s website at the URL www.thelockdownleague.com, and input into the form:
|5||Maximum number of entries||Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person (including with different email addresses and other details) will be disqualified.|
The Entrant Prediction (1) that is closest to the resulting goal time as determined after the proceedings of the match described in Item 4, will win one (1) Tissot Australia watch with a maximum value of $500 AUD ("Prize").
If more than one (1) entrant predicts the correct goal time, only one (1) winner will be selected as determined by the process set out in Item 7 below.
This prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
|7||Selection of Winner/s||
Each valid entry submitted will be individually judged by representative/s of the Promoter.
The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Judges will select the entry that contains the most accurate Entrant Prediction.
In the event of a tied result after the valid entries have been assessed, the vote of the judges will determine the winner, based on other factors, including but not limited to the time that the entry was submitted.
The entries will be judged in the two (2) days following the end of the Competition Period.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
|8||Maximum Value of Total Prize Pool||$500 AUD|
The winner/s will be notified in writing via the Email Address they provided in their entry within two (2) days of being determined.
The Prize will be sent within 4 weeks of notification, the winner’s delivery address determined and arranged by using the contact details provided in his or her entry.
|10||Claim Period||Each winner will have two (2) days to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If a winner does not claim the Prize by this date, that winner will forfeit the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Claim Period.|
|11||Unclaimed Prize||If, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the Winner during the Claim Period, the Promoter may, at their sole discretion, remove that winner and select the next winner as determined by the judges.|
|12||Undelivered Prize||If the Prize is returned to the Promoters for whatever reason, the Promoter may, at their sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain the returned Prize.|
|13||Publicity||The winner must, at the Promoter’s reasonable request, participate in all promotional and publicity activities (such as photography and filming) surrounding the winning of the Prize, and the winner consents to the Promoter using his or her name and photos in promotional material.|
|14||Third Party Platform & Data Collection||
The Competition is hosted on the webpage/URL listed in the Competition Details, and the entry data hosted by MailChimp.
MailChimp will collect your personal information and answers to the Entry Form and provide them to the Promoter.

Competition General Terms and Conditions
How to enter
To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must complete the entry requirements during the Competition Period as set out in the Competition Details.
An entry is deemed to be accepted at the time the entry is received by the Promoter (and not at the time of submission by the entrant).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or unreceived entries for whatever reason, including for any technical reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to enter this Competition.
Entries on behalf of another person or joint submissions are not allowed.
You may submit up to the maximum number of entries as set out in the Competition Details. If you submit multiple entries in excess of the permitted maximum, only the entry or entries most recently submitted (up to the permitted maximum) will be accepted.
Multiple entries (where permitted) must be submitted separately, and each entry must be unique and original.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants at any time. This includes requiring an entrant to provide the Promoter with proof of age, identity and/or residency, using suitable identification as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant, if the Promoter considers at its sole discretion, that the entrant has breached any part of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper operation of the Competition (including acting in a disruptive or harassing manner).
How to win
The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
All entries will be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria as set out in the Competition Details.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be awarded the prize/s as set out in the Competition Details.
Prizes may be subject to additional supplier’s terms and conditions.
Prizes may not be transferred, offered for resale, resold, or redeemable for cash.
The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from the prize winnings.
If for whatever reason a prize (or any part of it) is unavailable at the time the winner is announced, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any part of it) for an item of similar value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or any part of it).
How winners will be notified
The winners will be notified on the date and in the manner as set out in the Winner Notification section in The Competition Details.
If the prize has not been accepted or claimed within the Claim Period as set out in The Competition Details, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and THE PROMOTER will, at its sole discretion, redistribute or retain the prize in the manner as set out in the Unclaimed Prize section in The Competition Details.
The Promoter will deliver the prizes in accordance with the method as set out in The Competition Details.
To the maximum extent permitted, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, undelivered, misdirected, or unreceived prizes or mail.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain any undelivered or returned prize.
Privacy and Use of Your Personal Information (TLDL)
TLDL collects your personal information for the purpose of conducting its business and the Competition (including determining and notifying the winners).
TLDL (and any associated third parties) may also publish the name, and other details of the winners on their websites (including but not limited to TLDL’s website www.thelockdownleague.com) and any social network platforms now, or in the future, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
When participating in the Competition, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property, privacy, anti- discrimination and criminal laws.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, you must not submit any content or material that:
infringes the copyright, moral rights, privacy rights or confidentiality rights of any third party;
contains any virus or other damaging material; or
is inappropriate, defamatory, abusive, obscene, vulgar, offensive, involves unlawful discrimination, threatens, intimidates or harasses any person.
You warrant to the Promoter that:
you are eligible to participate in the Competition in accordance with these Terms;
all contents and materials you submitted as part of the entry are original works, and do not infringe any rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party; and
to the best of your knowledge, all details provided with the entry are true and accurate.
A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entry being invalid.
You indemnify the Promoter (and will keep the Promoter indemnified) against all losses, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from or in connection with your breach of the above warranties.
You grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, licence-fee-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, make derivative works of, display, publish, distribute, perform, broadcast, communicate, commercialise, and exploit the content and materials you submitted as part of your entry (including your name and comments) for any purpose (including promotional, marketing or publicity purposes).
You agree that the Promoter and its authorised licensees may do (or omit to do) any acts in respect of your content which may otherwise constitute an infringement of your moral rights. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that the Promoter may fail to attribute you as the author of the content, and that the Promoter may publish an edited or adapted version of your content, for legal, editorial or operations reasons.
The Promoter does not guarantee that access to the Competition website (if any) will be uninterrupted or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may damage any computer which accesses the Competition website or any data on such a computer.
The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any of the prizes (including quality, suitability or merchantability).
Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies (or purports to restrict, exclude or modify) any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) in respect of any loss, expense, damage, personal injury suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Competition, including submitting an entry or accepting/using any prize.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change or modify these Terms. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage/URL.
If for any reason this Competition (or any aspect of it) is not capable of running as planned due to an event beyond the control of the Promoter, including by reason of weather, natural disasters, infection by computer virus, communications network failure, or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or postpone the Competition (or any aspect of it).

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each entrant unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
